Himanshu Chaudhary

My research lies at the intersection of cosmology and astrophysics. In cosmology, I work on constraining dark energy models using observational data and statistical inference methods. In astrophysics, I work on ray-tracing of photons around compact objects, including black holes, as well as on black hole shadows, equatorial periodic orbits and their gravitational wave signatures, and quasinormal modes. Beyond research, I enjoy sports, especially cricket, volleyball, swimming, etc.

I am currently pursuing my PhD at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
